Ceti Continental<\/h3>\t\t\t

We are the Community of Interdisciplinary Theological Studies.
\nWe are women and men, young and old, from many countries and Christian traditions.
\nWe are people who long to follow Jesus of Nazareth in our daily lives, both personally and communally.
\nWe are people who seek to live out the good news of God’s reign and God’s justice in our contexts to transform our reality.<\/h1>\n<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Mission<\/strong><\/h1>\n

CETI contributes, as an interdisciplinary and innovative community, to doing theology from life in order to nurture holistic, authentic, and transformative forms of living out the Kingdom of God and God’s justice in the Latin American context.<\/strong><\/h1>\n

 <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

\t\t\t

We offer theological formation processes from and for life, open to those who share those desires and commitments:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Life & Mission<\/em> and Countercurrent<\/em>, in-person and virtual study programs for churches, Christian organizations, or groups of friends structured around four areas of life: Church, Work, Society, and Family.<\/li>\n
  2. Graduate studies in Transformational Leadership, which combine online and in-person modalities.<\/li>\n
  3. Open Online Courses, popular three-week courses that explore questions of everyday life from a theological perspective.<\/li>\n
  4. The Caty and Ren\u00e9 Padilla Summit, a regular gathering for individuals and organizations who are committed to the work of Integral Mission that facilitates mutual encouragement, dialogue, and collaboration.<\/li>\n
  5. And many more holistic formational processes in partnership with our allies across the continent.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    All our programs are organized around the lived realities of society, work, family, and church. They provide students with the opportunity to examine their vocation and work, their family life, their place in society, and their participation in the community of faith in light of the Word of God, Church history, theology, and the social sciences.<\/p>\n

    The expectation is that, through these theological formation processes, people from diverse backgrounds and occupations, professionals and church leaders will grow as radical followers of Jesus Christ and make transformative contributions in the spaces they inhabit.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
